Festivals in Russia
International Festival “Youth of the Planet”
Was organized in the frame of cultural cooperation of Russia, France, Hungary, Finland, Sweden, Italy, Switzerland, Estonia, Lithuania
With the support of the Committee for Culture, St Petersburg City Administration,
In the frame of cooperation with Russian Institutions of Higher Education:
(Conservatory named after N A Rimsky-Korsakov, Vaganova Ballet Academy) and
Russian Cultural and Scientific Centers in European countries.
In 2010 it was involved in the Russian Federal Program in France
and from 2011- in the Russian Federal Program in Italy.
Different youth and children bands and singers of all sorts of art genres (choreographic, vocal, instrumental, choir and folklore) can take part in the Festival.
The aim of the Festival:
To present all creative achievements of art bands and singers, competitions, revelation of new talented names, bringing to work the leading art and culture doers of countries taking part in the Festival, popularization of different national schools, strengthening of creative contacts with kids and youth
The Festival organizer in Russia is the International Cultural Center “Planet of Festivals” in St. Petersburg

The Contest of choreographic bands “Golden heel”
from 28.04 till 01.05.2011
The summer project-the Contest of youth theatres “The Muse of White nights” from 25.07 till 28.07.2011
The Contest of instrumental bands “The Northern Lyre”
from 27.10-till 02.11.2011
The Contest of the fashion agencies and fashion show-groups
“Golden Thread” from 28.04 till 01.05.2011
